Good morning all, it's with great sadness that after 2 years of operation Bodeez by Hope will closing their doors on COB Thursday 2nd July. The good news is that Bodeez by Hope is going global. The white family is moving to the USA. I would still love to train you up until my very last day, but totally understand if you want to find someone to train with before hand. I am compiling an exit pack for each which includes details of some trainers in mackAy I would recommend, at home work outs , food plans etc. I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for help and support over the past 2 years. Do not forget I'm only an email away. Here's to smashing goals over the next 2 months. Thanks once again hope

Hi all, I'm back from the USA and keen to get back into training next week. To my current clients I have sent out texts for Monday and Tuesday. Hi all, happy easter from us here at Bodeez by Hope. I have a bit of bad ( or good) news. My husband has decided to surprise me with a 2 week holiday on our own. It's a big surprise where we are going so I'm scared and excited !! In saying thAt BODEEZ by Hope will be closed from saturday 11th will reopen on Monday 27th april at 4am. Next I have extra sessions available if you would like an extra session, plus I will be working friday morning (depending on the need). I will be leaving you with a couple of challenges which will results and maybe some prizes. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We will be back bigger and better on the 27th.
