Sparring tomorrow @ 10.30am, parking may be limited but should be able to walk in.. then gym will be closed for the week due to the show - back on Tue 23rd.

No sparring this weekend as Tyson and Lane are competing in Rocky

Corey has a challenge bout tomorrow at 11am, would appreciate all who can come and support!

Unfortunately Corey’s opponent failed the doctor so fight is off. There is still a good card to watch including Zac just after 2pm 👊🏽 Peter is sparring at 1pm..
