A grade is lead into the finally round by Fraser Marsh after last Saturdays efforts in control. With two experienced prior club champs in the front two spots, the young blood chase behind. Current Iluka AND Yamba club champion Noah Adey sits five shots back off the lead going into the finally round, having himself a decent Saturday coming in +3 on the day. After a first round to forget Coby Tabor, has shown good form in the following two rounds shooting +4 in both to drag himself back into contention - sitting 8 shots of the lead.

Only one shot seperate Kylie Ryan and Sheree Lokan in the Ladies weekend club championships. Kylie had her first hiccup this past weekend coming in on the day with +24. Wednesday Ladies ⛳️

On Wednesday the overnight rain made the greens a bit slower, but the course was pretty good anyway.

According to my sources 8/8 of the first 2 groups put their balls into the water on the 15th! When the scores were in, 3 of us were on 37 points, so we had a "punch up" for the win.

Carolyn Doyle won, then Deb Nelson came 2nd and Cathy Ayres came 3rd.

7th Cathy Ayres;
11th Nancy Phillips;
17th Carolyn Doyle.
