In accordance with today's announcement by the Premier, Daniel Andrews, in regards to the extension of the current lockdown, Banyule Leisure facilities will unfortunately 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟭:𝟱𝟵𝗽𝗺 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟮𝟳 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭, unless advised otherwise.

All memberships, visit passes and swim school enrolments will remain on suspension for the duration of this lockdown.

⚠ Lockdown closure ⚠

Following the announcement made by Acting Premier James Merlino, Victoria will start a 7-day lockdown, beginning midnight tonight, Thursday 27 May.

𝗜𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗜𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗵𝗼𝗲 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰, 𝗢𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱.

These restrictions will apply from 11.59pm tonight, Thursday 27 May through to 11.59pm Thursday 3 June 2021, unless advised otherwise.

All memberships and visit passes will be placed on suspension during this period.

We will be following all Government direction, and will remain closed until permitted to reopen.

In accordance with the announcement made this afternoon by the Premier of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, Stage 4 Restrictions will apply from 𝟭𝟭:𝟱𝟵𝗽𝗺 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟮 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭, until 𝟭𝟭:𝟱𝟵𝗽𝗺 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟳 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭.

All Banyule Leisure facilities, namely Ivanhoe Aquatic, Olympic Leisure and Banyule Netball Stadium will be closed during this period.

Premier, Daniel Andrews announced yesterday that if COVID case numbers continue to be driven down, gyms and indoor pools in Metropolitan Melbourne will be able to reopen and indoor fitness classes can resume from 11:59pm Sunday 8 November - with some strict safety precautions in place.

Subsequently, we will not be proceeding with the outdoor classes and Boot Camps which were proposed to commence on Wednesday 4 November as part of Outdoor Group Fitness @ Ivanhoe Aquatic and Bootcamp @ Ivanhoe Aquatic

We will instead focus all our efforts on reopening the gym and pool, resuming group fitness classes and Bootcamps at Ivanhoe Aquatic from Monday 9 November, details of which will be communicated as soon as possible.

Olympic Leisure Centre and Banyule Netball Stadium will remain closed until further notice with consideration to the additional easing of restrictions 😃💪

Bootcamps and Outdoor Pump, Cycle, Pilates & Yoga classes commence from Wednesday November 4th.
