It was an evening to forget for our First Graders as they were outmatched by the home team, in what was a frustrating and tired display. The first half ended with us down 2-0, summing up the theme of the night. Stef was able to score a consolation in the last kick of the game, resulting in a 4-1 loss at the end of the 90. Despite the result Christopher Ganiatsas showed tenacity and energy for the entirety of the game. His work ethic matched with his ball playing earned him the Zeus Potm. ⚡️
However, the U20s brought their world cup fever to the Central Coast on the weekend. A 2014 Brazil-Germany like performance where the boys put on a 7-1 clinic. Zachariah Makhlouf bagged his second hattrick of the year. While all but one goal was either scored or assisted by a player 16 years or under. Christopher Ho**er had a double, Mitchell Cummings got himself a goal and Cameron Ho**er bossed the midfield. Overall it was a stellar performance from an extremely youthful U20s side that makes it 6 wins from their last 6. Their souvla is most definitely on the way 🔥

A mixed afternoon at Christie Park saw the boys produce some strong performances against Camden Tigers.
The U18s fought hard but were unable to find a breakthrough, going down 2-0 despite creating several promising moments.
The U16s were involved in a competitive contest but fell 3-1, continuing to battle right until the final whistle.
The U15s responded brilliantly with a 3-1 victory, showing quality in both boxes to secure all three points. 👏
The U14s delivered another strong performance, keeping a clean sheet on their way to a deserved 2-0 win. Jackson Gray was outstanding throughout the round, making a number of crucial saves and providing a calm presence from the back whenever his team needed him most. 🧤🔥
The U13s matched that effort with a disciplined display of their own, recording a 2-0 victory. 💪

Our boys continued their strong run of form with an impressive 3–2 victory over Nepean, while the U20s secured a 2–0 win to make it five wins from five, earning them a SOUVLA NIGHT!
The breakthrough came in the 35th minute when a long throw caught the Nepean defence off guard, allowing Stavros Palapanis to get in behind and square the ball for Ewan Perrott to head home. Just before the break, Marcus Apostolakis played a superb ball into the path of Ryan French, who burst down the line and cut it back for George Palapanis to finish first time and double the advantage.
The boys carried that momentum into the second half, with Ewan Perrott winning possession high up the pitch, riding two challenges and rounding the goalkeeper before finishing to secure all three points.
It was also a memorable day for two of our young players. Jaydon Akouri made his First Grade starting debut and produced a commanding performance at centre-back to earn Zeus Player of the Match,⚡️ while Isaac Smith made his First Grade debut from the bench in the 76th minute and impressed.
A big thank you to Zeus Street Greek for powering our Zeus POTM.
