12 years ago I "FELL" into the fitness industry. And how blessed am I that I get to share my gifts with you.

Weather it's in a group fitness class, one on one or small group Personal Training sessions, I know that this is a journey that is forever evolving.

As we navigate different aspects of our lives, the one thing that is vital is how we react and engage in those changes. And finding a balance of it all is fundamental for our physical and emotional wellbeing.

My aim is to guide you and giving you a gentle hand on your pursuit to becoming a better version of YOU!!
