📍Friday 4/9 will be our second and final:

📣Age Manager/Parent and Athlete Event Introduction📣

⚠️Our first two club nights on Friday 28/8 & Friday 4/9 will be non competition/non point scoring⚠️

➡️530pm start for Tiny Tots
➡️6pm start for all other ages
📍Please arrive 15min early

⚠️Parents are required to be in attendance with their child- athletics is not a drop & run sport -

🔵These first two club nights are designed especially for athletes and parents that are brand new to athletics, with a focus on a brief introduction to each event for athletes and demonstrations for parents on how to assist/measure/record at events.

⚪️No results will be recorded, attempts at field events will only be measured as an example for parent helpers.

🔵Each event will be limited to 20mins with brand new athletes given priority.

⚪️We are hoping to have some experienced age managers or senior athletes assist at each field event to help our new parents learn the basics.

🙏Please comment below or message us if you are happy to assist at a particular event.

**Returning and experienced athletes are not required to attend (but welcome to assist/support), the first two weeks do not count for attendance purposes for end of season awards**

⚪️A minimum of 3 age managers required for each age group.

Sportsmagic uniform sales & order pick up- Wednesday 2/9 530-7pm
As advised previously you must be able to pick up your order, any orders not collected will be taken back with Sportsmagic and you will then need to pay postage

Patch placement for uniforms

🎽Uniform Sizing Friday 5-6pm📏

🔵We will have our uniform sizing kit available tomorrow night between 5-6pm for those that would like to try on sizes before ordering.

⚪️We have sizes K4 to 16 available to size- this is in our competition uniform only (not merchandise)
**Please note we do not have stock to sell, this is all done through Sportsmagic**

🔵If you order before Monday 31st August Sportsmagic will have your order available for pick up at the track on Wednesday 2nd September between 530-7pm

⚠️IMPORTANT- You must be available to pick up your order on this night if you select free delivery⚠️ if you are not available please select postage to your home when ordering, as we CANNOT store orders at the track.

The age group that the athlete will be in for the 2026/2027 season will also be the same for this event.

We do understand that athletes will not have uniforms or the correct patches. Which is still okay as all athletes do have a national ID number. So please do not worry that you do not have your correct uniform or the 26/ 27 season patches.
