The Darwin Brothers are the first team through to the 2026 Grand Final after an impressive victory over the Nightcliff Dragons in today’s Major Semi Final at TRL Stadium.

The Minor Premiers continued their strong season when it mattered most, earning themselves a week off and a direct passage to Grand Final Day on Saturday, 12 September.

For the Dragons, the Premiership dream remains alive. They now head to next Saturday’s Preliminary Final, where they’ll face the Litchfield Bears for the remaining place in the decider.

Palmerston Raiders are through to the Grand Final! 🏉

The Raiders have secured their place on Grand Final Day with a victory over Nightcliff Dragons in today’s Under 14 Boys Preliminary Final at TRL Stadium.

🐻 Waiting for them are the 2026 Minor Premiers, Litchfield Bears, setting up a big Under 14 Boys Grand Final next Saturday.

👏 Congratulations to Nightcliff on their 2026 season, and well done to both teams on another competitive finals contest.

🏉 THE STAND | UNDER 13 BOYS PRELIMINARY FINAL

Nightcliff Dragons are through to the Grand Final! 🐉🏆

In a cracking Chemist Warehouse Under 13 Boys Preliminary Final, the Dragons edged out the South Darwin Rabbitohs 20–18 at TRL Stadium.

Just two points separated the teams at full time, with both sides producing a terrific contest worthy of Finals footy. Congratulations to South Darwin on their 2026 season.

The Dragons now advance to Junior Grand Final Day next Saturday, 5 September, where 2026 Minor Premiers Palmerston Raiders await.
