We had a fabulous turnout for the Australian Blind Bowlers Association Nationals coach, Neville.
Members of the WA Nationals side had a roll up and coaching sessions on Sunday 15th March followed by a Come and try day with Neville for all our Vision Impaired and Blind Bowlers on Monday 16th March. Thanks to ABBA (Australian Blind Bowlers Association)who organised and funded the event and supplied lunches. Thanks to Mandurah Bowling Club who hosted the facilities and supplies morning / afternoon tea.
On Monday we had 28 people come to our open day. Members from WA Vision Impaired & Blind Lawn Bowlers and SWR attended including some new faces who we hope received some insight and assistance. We couldn't have wished for a better day. Everyone in attendance had a great day and we look forward to seeing if we can do it again in the future.
Thanks Neville and we hope to see you back at our club again soon.
