Hey, it Jess here!βΊοΈ Iβve been away for a wee while, this is what Iβve been working on! Iβm proud and excited to share it with you all and officially launch my new brand Strength in Menopause.π
I started my own perimenopause journey about 18 months ago (without realising what it was!) and after graduating as a certified menopause coaching specialist I learned that there are key areas we can focus on to help us through this phase and make the transition a bit more bearable.π
I also learned that we need much more support & understanding as well as advocacy, unity & celebration for the amazing women that we all are.π±
I'm excited to be in this space and to hear the wider conversations right now around menopause. You can find me in Mandurah, Western Australia, helping women rise ~ to stand empowered, proud and strong.β¨πͺ

So this is me, the chic in blue ππJessamine...but everyone calls me Jess (or Jez if you've known me for yonksπ)β

A month ago I graduated as a qualified Personal Trainer, coming away with a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness. Studying with the incredible team was an awesome experience. I was challenged often, with my own limitations and really had to trust and embrace the process of learning. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable right!?πβ

Exercise has always been a part of my life, since I was a teen, but i NEVER thought to make a career out of it! π€ͺI guess it's all about timing, being in the right space, and now here I am. β

Exercise has got me out of many dark spaces, depression, frustration and just feeling stuck. You could say it has saved me many times over and provided clarity and direction when I needed it. I can't live without it and feel abnormal if I don't exercise in some shape or form each day! β

Now as a trainer, I am excited about transferring what I have learned to others, to help them on their health journeys - wherever that start point is.π―β

As I embark on this new adventure I feel very grateful to be part of an industry that positively changes lives and must thank the crew - you guys are ALL wickedly cool people and I am so glad that you all work in this industry teaching the stuff that matters. These burly guys in this pic were at our campus on the last day to celebrate our Graduation and presented me with a Scholarship from !π€©π©π½βπππΌ Thank you and !! β
