KNEE PAIN - A WORD FROM WKF HEAD OFFICE CEO Mr Robert Wilesmith
(Perth, WA Australia):
Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS), sometimes called “runner’s knee,” is a common cause of knee discomfort. It typically presents as pain around or behind the kneecap (Patella), especially during activities like running, squatting, climbing stairs, or sitting for long periods.
While the knee is the site of pain, the root cause often lies elsewhere, such as from the feet and lower limb biomechanics. This is where podiatry plays a vital role.

Understanding Patellofemoral Pain:
Patellofemoral pain occurs when the patella does not move smoothly within the femoral groove during knee motion. This can lead to irritation of surrounding structures and pain. Common contributing factors include muscle imbalances such as weak quadriceps or glutes, poor lower extremity alignment, Overuse or repetitive stress and abnormal foot mechanics (e.g., flat feet or over-pronation).

Ready, set… quack! 🐤💛

The Mandurah Rotary Duck Race is back for a full day of family fun, community spirit and a whole lot of cheering from the Eastern Foreshore.

Watch hundreds of brightly coloured ducks race across the water, then stick around for kids’ games, face painting, live music, roving performers, and plenty of tasty bites from local food trucks. Wander the markets, soak up the coastal vibes, and make a day of it by the water.

Even better? Every duck helps support the Mandurah Districts Rotary Club and their incredible work in the Peel region.

“BEWARE OF THIS PNG NANDEX MONEY SCAM”
Do “Not” give any money to this Papua New Guinea PNG Scammer Stanley Nandex. He was “KICKED OUT” of WKF back on 1st June, 2013 due to his Money Scams, Fraud, ripping off PNG Fighters. Nandex “Does Not” work for WKF World Kickboxing Federation. There is “No” WKF Event in Florida, USA. It’s another “Free” holiday Criminal Nandex is trying to get for himself. BEWARE!! 🤬🤬🤬
