In high school, martial arts was my central sport. I learnt how to train and eat to become a better athlete, not just a โgood fighterโ who went through the grades. Whilst I was training, I sustained a serious injury in my back, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. The doctors told me that if I continued to participate in my sport, I would be in a wheel chair

I preach this to many of my clients when they first start with me... Caffeine also directly stimulates catecholamine release from the adrenal glands... When given at a dose of 3.3 milligrams per kilogram of body weight, it has been shown to significantly increase cortisol levels for up to three hours... chronically elevated levels of cortisol can wreak havoc on your body, suppressing your immune system and encouraging the accumulation of abdominal fat!

3 rounds
* 20 renegade rows with dumbbells
* 20 body rows (hands facing in and wide)
* 20 front raises with plate
* 20 single arm row using plate
* 20 body rows (hands facing in and narrow)
* 10 isolate dumbbell curl
* 20 hammer curls with dumbbells
* 20 bicep curls with one dumbbell at a time
*** if you havenโt got a dumbbell or plate thatโs fine- use a water jug, a fuel can, gas bottle, a heavy book, a brick to name a few household items
