Premier Pool Leagues

This Month marks 20 years of Social Pool Leagues for Premier!

Starting in February 2000 at Cue Sportz in Knox, Premier has also hosted In House Leagues at the Pool Room in Ferntree Gully, Empire Pool Lounge in Adelaide & Miss Q's Pool Room in Mandurah where the Leagues are still running today.

Premier Pool Leagues has been the launching pad for many an aspiring Pool Player to go on from social pool to the world stage and for many more to enjoy the fiber of social entertainment that the game of pool provides to unite people in general.

This album is filled, in no particular order, with the hundreds of faces of those that have been a part of this fantastical Cue Sport journey over the last two decades & whilst I did lose a hard drive in 2008 & know there are many faces not recorded here, I hope you all enjoy the walk down memory lane as much as I have :-)

Please tag anyone you know, we have been on the tables for far longer than Facebook has been around & I don't have contact with everyone here.

*** VEGAS LEAGUE UPDATE ***

The proposed format for Vegas Leagues in WA has not had the support to launch a season this year.

My enthusiasm to involve the entire state in this initiative is clearly premature & I will organise a Self Funded League Competition for the those keen on going to Vegas at their own expense, early next year. Stay Tuned for these details if you want to jump on board :-)

A HUGE thanks to everyone who helped me with the market research to put the Vegas League concept out there, in particular to Rocky Hammond, Vince Lawson, Stuart Rodgers & Justin Sajich, its been an interesting & valuable exercise!

To the Miss Q's Members, all is not lost our Vegas League will still go ahead as scheduled, we will offer a choice of prize at the end of the season in the form of a travel fund contribution to a Vegas Trip or Cash Prize payout, I'll provide details at Q's from tonight.

I'm Super excited to officially open nominations for WA's very first season of Premier Vegas League! Lets play some American Pool :-)

Please can you post your intent to play & advise who you are playing with or if you wish to be allocated to a team.
Also let me know the location you prefer to play from.

Whilst the closing date to submit entries is two weeks from today, October 30th, I'd appreciate as much notice as you can give.
Knowing how many teams in advance, even if all of the players are not yet confirmed, will certainly help me to organise the zones.
