A Full Body ‘Dumbbell Only’ workout you can do anywhere!
For my gals who feel a little anxious in the gym - you can do this one in one spot - just grab two pairs of dumbbells (one heavy, one light) and you’re ready to go.
Option One - Strength 💪🏼
3 (sets) x 12 (reps)
🤍 Alternating Lunges
3 x 12 per leg
🤍 Shoulder Press
3 x 12
🤍 Bent Over Rows
3 x 12
🤍 Romanian Deadlifts
3 x 12
🤍 Lateral Raises
3 x 12
Option Two - Circuit ♥️
Set a timer for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest and work through all five movements 5 times with a minute break between rounds (Tabata Timer is a great app to use for this)

I’ve been pretty quiet and honestly inconsistent with posting on the gram lately. For a few reasons ⬇️
👉🏼 If you go to probably any Revo gym you’ll know, it’s pretty much always busy. I’d love to film some mic’d up tutorials but unless I went at 10pm there really isn’t an appropriate time and I don’t want to get in people’s way. So filming gym content is tricky.
👉🏼 I don’t force my clients to do weigh ins, measurements and photos so I don’t have ‘progress’ material to share, and it’s their private business anyway - I wouldn’t share it unless they were 1000% on board.
👉🏼 This is the main reason - I’m busy! I’ve admittedly never been this booked out before. Each day feels like it flies by because I’m back to back with clients in the morning - the arvos I need to fit in my own workout and admin and study - then usually back to the gym in the evening. Don’t get me wrong, I love it! But I’m not used to it and I haven’t really worked out how to fit everything in yet.
*adding on to that last point. It’s really refreshing having a business that has been successful without the need for social media. I’m sure having this page has helped - but I don’t really feel like it’s entirely necessary. If Instagram crashed tomorrow, my business would be fine because it’s all in real life 🙌🏼 I love having insty and being able to connect with people here and I love the creative side of it as well - but in a world that is very online, it’s nice that 99% of my business has come about organically the old fashioned way.
So I guess I just don’t feel like I really NEED to be posting here consistently and wracking my brain to come up with captivating content. My best work is done in real life in the gym - so if anyone has a camera crew maybe you can follow me around and make my content for me 😂
I don’t want to become complacent or take for granted that you choose to support me here so I will try to provide value more consistently - I just gotta work out how and when and what 🙌🏼
In the meantime - thanks heaps to my clients in the gym and online. I’m so grateful I get to do this again and be as busy as I am.
