|Marketing & Communications Coordinator (Part-Time) |
Mandurah Country Club ⛳️

Mandurah Country Club is one of Western Australia's premier golf clubs, providing exceptional golf and member experiences. We are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about golf, understands modern digital marketing, and enjoys engaging with members, guests and the wider community.

About the Role

Working approximately two days per week, you will be responsible for managing the Club's marketing and communications activities, ensuring our members, guests and prospective customers remain informed and engaged.

There is also the opportunity for additional hours within our hospitality and bar operations for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the Club's social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content including photos, videos, stories and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare member communications including newsletters, website updates and event promotions.
• Maintain the Club website and digital communication channels.
• Capture and share the unique culture and experiences of Mandurah Country Club.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A strong understanding of the game of golf and golf club culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Strong photography, videography and content creation skills (desirable).

Great to see Shareen, Danyelle and Jo attend the recent Women in Golf Workshop, alongside our own Billie Friedlander.

Billie was a true pioneer for women working in the golf industry, becoming Australia's first full-time female Golf Club Manager. Her leadership helped pave the way for many women who have followed, and she remains highly respected throughout the industry today.

It's fantastic to see our team continuing to invest in their development and helping drive the future of women in all aspects of golf.

Connecting Women in Golf off to a flyer in WA - GolfWA Western Australia's inaugural Connecting Women in Golf networking event set a national attendance record at the first time of asking.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff and member volunteers who worked tirelessly to get the course back into playing condition after the storm over the weekend.

In just one day, an incredible amount of work was completed, allowing us to reopen the course.

Thank you also to the many members who contacted the club to offer their help and support. The willingness of our club community to pitch in is something to be proud of.
