Yesterday we held a busy bee out the track and had an awesome turn out.

Many jobs were ticked off the list
* Irrigation line set up for watering the lawned grandstand.
* Retaining wall for the Throwdown Marquee
* Push Utes and water truck maintenance
* Rake and burn leaves
* Cleaned bar, canteen and timing box

Thanks goes out to those businesses lending gear and machines to get the jobs done

Busy Bee

This Sunday the 20th September we are holding a Busy Bee out the track from 9am onwards.

Some big and small jobs to tick off the list in preparation for our season opener in October.
A few hours work then we can have a bbq lunch and some light refreshments.

Many hands make light work so if you can spare an hour or two come out.

WHAT A NIGHT FOR TYREPOWER MANJIMUP SPEEDWAY!

Last night we had the privilege of attending the Speedway Sedans WA Awards & Hall of Fame Dinner, and we couldn’t be prouder of what was an incredible night for our club.

We are so proud to announce that Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway took home not one, but TWO major awards!

SSWA Track of the Year
SSWA Event of the Year – Timbertown Throwdown

These awards are a huge recognition of the hard work, dedication and commitment that goes into making our club and events what they are. A massive congratulations and thank you to everyone involved behind the scenes — our committee, volunteers, competitors, sponsors and supporters.

And then came a very special moment for our club…

Rose Moyle was awarded the prestigious Julie Green Dedication Award.

Rose has dedicated many years to Speedway, giving countless hours to our club in so many different roles over the years. Her contribution, commitment and passion for Manjimup Speedway is something truly special, and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition.

Congratulations Rose — this award is so well deserved!

We are incredibly proud of our club and everyone who continues to put in the hard yards to make Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway the club it is today.

The Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway season is almost here, with racing starting in October. Pre-season racing medicals can now be booked online with our doctors under Medicals option in AutoMed.

For families, we can see you and the kids together, just call our reception to allow extra time for a family consultation.

CATCH FENCE PROGRESS!

The installation of our catch fence is well underway, with the boys from Wilgarup Rural Services working hard to get the remainder of the fence completed before our upcoming race season!

It’s been a big job, and we’re incredibly grateful for the effort being put in to get this project across the line and our track ready for another massive season of racing.

This project has been made possible thanks to grant funding from Talison Lithium and CITS South West

A huge thank you to everyone who has helped make this improvement to our facility possible. These upgrades are a fantastic investment in the future of Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway and will help us continue to provide a safe and quality facility for our competitors, officials and spectators.

We can’t wait to show you the finished product!

We would like to wish our local driver Shane Whild all the best as he competes in the Westralia Cup at Derby Speedway over the next two days.

Who ever wins the event then gets to host it at their home track so no pressure Shane, bring the cup down to Manjimup!

TYREPOWER MANJIMUP SPEEDWAY 2026/27 RACE CALENDAR IS HERE!

This season we’re putting a bigger focus on our local divisions, while still bringing you some of the big events that have become favourites on the speedway calendar. You will see the return of the BGR Street Stock Stampede and Timber Town Throwdown. Some new events to look out for are the Karri Country Piston Cup and the Modified Masters.

We are kicking off the new year with the Legend Cars WA Title in January, which is set to be an absolute cracker of a weekend!
