WINNERS of the 2025 Sparrow Fitness 8 week Shred Challenge! 🏆
Judith entered the challenge with determination and a strong commitment to achieving her goals. She stayed consistent throughout and went beyond what she set out to do.
Judith lost a total of 6.7% of her body weight and continues to maintain her healthy habits.

“I wanted to feel great for summer and build in some healthier habits.
Katie’s Shred program really got me there. The training was awesome, and having that accountability each week really pushed me to hit my goals.
I also joined with my partner, and doing it as a team made the whole experience even more fun.
Feeling fitter, stronger, and so glad we did it!”
