Adam Horner & The Elephant 100 miler.

Cairncross State Forest doesn’t do polite.

Six brutal loops, 8,500m+ of climbing, night start, Death Valley in the mix, one of the nastiest milers in the country.

Most people talk about it. Adam went and ran it.

Training got done. No theatre. Showed up, listened to the body, trusted the work Coach Mario Buchs put in, and then executed it.
Simple.

Second place at a race that regularly eats fields. That’s not luck. That’s process.

The result is the headline. The experience is the real prize: hours in the dark, climbing when the legs have already filed a complaint, still making decisions, still moving.

This one is quality.

SYDNEY MARATHON 2026 💚

A little late with this one, but what a day out there for TRT.

Sixteen starters. Sixteen finishers.

Some cracking results, plenty of PBs, big goals ticked off and a whole lot of fun along the way.

Everyone had their own race and their own story from the day. Some went exactly to plan, some had to dig a little deeper, but every single person got out there and gave it a crack.

Basically, we got out there and we kicked it 😂

Awesome running from the team and some amazing support out on the course.

What a team. What a day.

Last couple of weeks…
we’ve been everywhere.
Trail. Road. Backyard Ultras, big city majors.

From Kunyanya to Boston Marathon…
Sydney Trail Series to Ridgy Didge Trail, Sydney BYU.
Different courses. Different goals.
Same crew.
Some getting podiums, age group wins.
Some ticking off PBs.
Some just showing up and getting it done.
That’s the thing.
It’s not about one race.
It’s not about one result.
It’s about the consistency, the effort, the shared adventure.

You line up…
you put yourself in it…
you represent something bigger than just you.
That’s TRT.
No Ego. Just Effort.

Just people getting after it, week in, week out.
Road, trail… whatever it is.
We keep showing up.
And it shows.

🌲 TRT crew out there getting it done over the last couple of weeks!

From racing, early morning coffees, dancing to DJ'S, chatting with race MC's, burgers & beers, its been a cool 2 weeks.

🌲Sydney Trail Series kicked things off. Bell ticked off the 30K, Emma knocked out the 20K, and Mads handled the 9K. Nice one.

🌲At Buffalo it was the boys putting in the work, Scotty absolutely powered through the full Ultra Slam (10K + 100K + 42K) and topped it off by winning his age group. Absolute weapon.

🌲Chris and his son were ripping around the trails in Kunanyi, Tasmania, took a proper spill, dusted himself off and got it done.

🌲Coach Mario ran the Saturday Super Session out at Bella Vista.

🌲Some of the team headed down to the Illawarra for a solid trail run.

🌲Jamie bagged 3rd male in the Ridgey Didge 30K before jumping straight into the Blue Mountains canyons the next day.

🌲Katherine spent a casual seven days hiking the Overland Track in Tassie, a proper adventure.

🌲Up in Far North Queensland, Sarah Foster swapped the trails for a flat 50K road race and came 2nd. Great result as she builds towards her next one.

This is what it’s all about, crew out there supporting each other, stacking miles, and keeping the vibe strong.

Love seeing the community come together like this 👏
