Breakfast - carrot, zucchini and mushroom frittata
Lunch - green salad with cherry tomatoes, avocado and tuna.
Snacks - date and almond balls, watermelon and pineapple for when you want that sweet treat in the afternoon mmmmm delicious!

Labour Day Training session @ Terrigal
Warm up - 10 minute run to Skillion, Terrigal.
Then....
5 rounds to time
20 lunges
20 squats
20 push-ups
20 sit ups
Run up the Skillion (get jelly legs!)
Cool down - 10 minute run home
