🏆 Presentation Day 2026 - That’s a Wrap!

Another year of netball, friendships, great moments and plenty of memories - what a year it’s been at St Monica’s! 💙

A huge thank you to everyone from our St Monica’s community who joined us yesterday at the Walkerville Bowling Club to celebrate another fantastic year together.

Congratulations to all our teams on a brilliant year, and especially to our Best & Fairest, Team Player, Perpetual Award and Club Award winners. 👏🏆

😎 Summer Season 2026/27... Loading ⏳

💙 Celebrating Grand Finalist - U17B 💙

What a journey for our U17B! 👏

After navigating player shortages, injuries, sickness and travel early in the season, this group showed incredible resilience and teamwork to climb into 2nd place, playing an exciting, attacking style of netball along the way.

And then came a finals series full of drama! 🔥

U17B faced St John’s in the Qualifying Final, going down by just one goal in another epic contest between the two teams.

Their Elimination Final against Topaz then produced one of the comebacks of the season. 10 goals down at quarter time, the girls refused to give in and stormed home in an incredible final quarter to win by 2 goals and book their place in the Grand Final! 💪 🌟

That set up another showdown with St John’s. Once again, U17B fought right to the end and threatened another big comeback, eventually falling just 2 goals short in a fantastic Grand Final contest.

A season defined by resilience, determination and a team that simply never stopped fighting.

Congratulations U17B - an outstanding season and a Finals campaign you should be incredibly proud of! 💙👏

💙 Celebrating Grand Finalist - U11A! 💙

What a season and what a way to finish it for our U11A! 👏

After facing PHOS in the qualifying final and going down by 12 goals, U11A earned another shot at them on Grand Final day - and this time, it was an absolute thriller.

The girls produced some of their best netball of the season, taking the game all the way to overtime, eventually falling just short by 3 goals.

It was a fitting finish for a team that grew stronger with every game. In a highly competitive division where so many matches were decided by single digits, U11A continued to work hard, improve and back each other both on and off the court.

To turn a 12-goal qualifying final loss into an overtime Grand Final just weeks later says plenty about the determination and development of this group. 💪

The result may not have gone their way, but there is so much to be proud of.

Congratulations U11A on an outstanding season and a brilliant Grand Final performance! 💙👏

🏆 PREMIERS! U15A! 🏆

A massive congratulations to our U15A - 2026 Winter Premiers! 💙

After sitting top of the ladder for much of the year, U15A finished the home-and-away season in third - meaning there would be no easy road to the premiership.

They had to take on every other finalist to get there, and with each finals game, they just kept getting better.

Then, on Grand Final day, everything clicked. 🔥

The whole team stepped up and delivered when it mattered most, putting together a brilliant performance to secure a commanding 56–25 Grand Final victory! 🏆

Three finals. Every other finalist. One premiership. 🌟

What an incredible way to earn it.

What a way to finish an incredible season! 💙

A massive congratulations to our U11B - 2026 Winter Premiers! 🏆

After narrowly losing their final home-and-away game, the team knew it was time to lock in. They trained hard, responded with a statement win in their qualifying final, and booked their place in the big one.

In yesterday’s Grand Final against WP Koala 11E, U11B led from the start - but they had to earn it.

With the margin cut to just 4 goals in the third quarter, the pressure was well and truly on. The team held their nerve, stayed composed and responded, pulling away to secure a brilliant 37–28 Grand Final victory! 🔥

And what a season it’s been:

🏐 17 games - 15 wins
🔥 2 finals - 2 wins
🏆 1 PREMIERSHIP!

🏐 Volunteers Needed This Weekend! 🏐

This weekend our club is proud to be hosting finals games at our home courts, and we'd love your help!

We're looking for volunteers to assist with canteen and BBQ duties throughout the day. Even if you can spare just an hour or two, every bit of help makes a huge difference.

Hosting finals is a fantastic opportunity to raise funds for our club.

Say hi to this week's Yo-Chi Team of the Week... U15B! 💙

This group has shown what resilience and teamwork are all about.

U15B have continued to bring a positive attitude every week, and their growth has been fantastic to watch, especially with several players stepping up to compete in an older age division.

A well-deserved breakthrough win recently, followed by a strong performance against the top team, is a great reflection of just how far they've come and should give them plenty of confidence.

Perhaps the biggest win of all has been seeing this team grow closer both on and off the court. 👏
