Ummmm Yep.
This photo of my good friend has convinced me to book a week freediving at Lady Elliot Island with him next year 👊🏼🖤
I’m so pumped to have a goal like this to look forward to and prepare for.
But September is a long way off…. So I’m just going to have to dream for a while while I prepare myself.
AND the best part?? Yo has invited my son along for the ride.
I couldn’t even imagine a better father son adventure if I tried.
So glad I met this human a few years ago, we’ve already shared so many amazing memories and I’ve learnt soooo much more than I thought possible from his teachings.

Everything hurts... but it kind of hurts good.
Boxing training comebacks are the hardest comebacks.
Especially at 42 and 100kg...
17kg heavier than my last fight at age 36...
I like being heavy though.
Might be a bit slower but got a bit of a whack to my punches.
Wiser, rounder and more evolved now.
Still ‘Chewbacca’ at heart hahaha!!

First time we met this beautiful family was over the airwaves of Instagram a couple of years ago just after we had made the huge move from the big city to the Sunshine Coast.
These guys had been feeling the same pull away from the big smoke as we did.
We were northern beaches of Sydney, Nate and Megs were Torquay Victoria...
Doesn’t matter where we were from, we are one and the same.
So stoked you guys made the leap as we did!
What a life we are now living in paradise.
And so stoked you guys connected with us... now we get to hang out in our new home.
Bloody legends.
