The trophies and achievements just keep coming for Moonee Valley Knights in 2026! β€οΈπŸ–€

Our U8s and U9s represented the club proudly at the MCSA U-Nite Cup, putting in some incredible performances!

πŸ₯ˆ UNDER 8s – RUNNERS-UP!
Our little Knights fought all the way to the Grand Final, narrowly going down 3–2 to Whittlesea United. An outstanding effort from the boys, who gave everything until the final whistle!

πŸ₯‰ UNDER 9s – 3RD PLACE!
Playing up an age group against U10 opposition, competing in their first-ever 9v9 tournament and missing several players, our U9s showed incredible determination to finish third!

πŸ‘ A massive congratulations to all our players, coaches and parents. These results are a testament to the hard work, development and passion coming through our junior program.

It’s not just about winning trophies. It’s about building friendships, creating memories and developing the next generation of Knights! β€οΈπŸ–€

A big thank you to MCSA for hosting another fantastic tournament!

THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT AT MVK! πŸ”΄βš«βšͺ

A huge congratulations to our coaches and players, and a big thank you to all the parents for committing their time and supporting the team throughout the tournament.

Thank you also to Whittlesea Rangers for organising such a successful tournament.

Congratulations, boys! πŸ’™βš½πŸ†

WHAT A FINAL. WHAT A FINISH. β€οΈπŸ–€

In a tight, tough and incredibly windy contest, our U16 boys gave absolutely everything.

MVK took a 1–0 lead, before Watsonia fought back to make it 1–1, sending the game into extra time.

Then, right at the end of the second half of extra time… ELIJAH STEPPED UP. πŸš€

An absolute screamer to win the game and secure the U16 STATE CHAMPIONSHIP! πŸ†

FULL TIME: MVK 2–1 WATSONIA HEIGHTS

What a way to finish the season. What a moment for these boys, their coaches, families and everyone who has supported them throughout the year.

Another trophy. Another incredible chapter in our 40th anniversary season.

THANK YOU, MVK FAMILY β€οΈπŸ–€πŸ€

As the curtain closes on an unforgettable 2026 season, we simply want to say thank you.

To every player, coach, team manager, volunteer, parent, family member, supporter, committee member and friend of our club β€” this season belongs to all of you.

From our youngest juniors pulling on the red, black and white, right through to our senior teams, 2026 has been a year filled with football, friendships, challenges, celebrations and memories that will stay with us forever.

To our incredible sponsors and partners, thank you for believing in Moonee Valley Knights and supporting our vision. Your contribution allows us to continue providing opportunities for our players and growing this club for the next generation.

And what a year it has been.

Senior State League 5 Champions.
Reserves Champions.
Promotion secured.
Junior success and development throughout the club.
And countless memories made along the way.

But trophies only tell part of the story.

Our greatest achievement is seeing Doyle Street filled with kids, families, former players, volunteers and supporters β€” all wearing the same colours and proud to call this their club.

In our 40th year, we were reminded exactly what Moonee Valley Knights has always been about β€” community, family and football.

To everyone who came before us, everyone who stood beside us this year, and everyone who will carry this club forward…

Thank you.

The 2026 chapter may be closing, but the story of Moonee Valley Knights is far from finished.

Bring on 2027.

One Club. One Family. MVK. β€οΈπŸ–€πŸ€
