Empower fam,

You might have heard the news: Empower Club has been chosen as the featured gym in Victoria for LSKD’s The Long Hard Night.

Without banging on too much about this topic - it’s clearly something very important and close to me personally and It’s a huge honour and a real landmark moment for our place. We’re one of only six gyms across Australia and New Zealand hosting it, and we couldn’t be prouder to bring it home to this community.

On Saturday 21 November, from 8pm to 8am, Empower will be transformed into something you’ve never seen before. Live DJ, full light show, giveaways and brand partners on site, all raising money for Movember and men’s mental health. It’s going to be a spectacle.

Fifteen teams registered within the first 48 hours, which makes this our biggest event yet. LSKD has held the final five teams of three for you, the Empower community, and we’re so excited to open them up to anyone able and willing to take on the challenge.

How to register:

• Tap the link in our bio, or head to our pinned post
• Or go through the LSKD website and select the Empower protected member access registration

Alternatively feel free to hit me up for any questions you might have or if you just simply want to be involved over night for the vibes.

Much love.

One of the most humbling moments of my eight years at Empower Club was signed off on yesterday.

Proud to announce that Empower has been chosen as the landmark Victorian site to host The Long Hard Night, hosted by LSKD in conjunction with Movember , in recognition of all the work we put into this space.

It’s blown me away, because this place has such old-school values. We show care, love and compassion for our community within our four walls simply through what we do and how we act day to day, not through what we post on social media, which can get lost in this industry.

So to have this recognition, and to share this night with other leaders in this space around the state, is something I’m truly humbled and honoured to do.

Can’t wait to showcase more of it. It’s going to be an incredible night, and most importantly, we get to share it with any able and willing Empower members, which is such an important part.

Thank you so much G A B E , Team LSKD and Movember .

Absolutely blown away.

HI SOCIAL MEDIA! IT’S THE MECCA SPEAKING!

We’ve been quiet. For good reason but don’t worry we are so close to making a lot of noise in the next few weeks. Hear us out….

Been stuck in that winter rut? Ready to get started today? Or just looking for a little training purpose and an itch to scratch? Well, calm the farm because we’ve been cooking for you all.

Sorry for the radio silence, truth is, we’ve been deep in construction, building what we reckon is the best wellness facility the West has seen. In fact we’ll guarantee that one. Aura.one is only weeks away now, so follow along.

Now… for the training.. We are famous for our structured strength and conditioning and this next piece is some of our best work yet.

We are excited to announce we’re rallying behind our great mate and long-time OG member, big Sauce Maloooos, as we team up to bring something incredible BACK to life.

Our 8-week program starts Monday 31st August. Sooooo that means you better get yourself back into gear…

It’s our Road to Murph 2.0.

Train with purpose. Two structured cycles, one goal and whether or not you take on the event at the end of it, we guarantee you’ll be left in a great space coming into summer.

This is the next chapter of Empower Club here at The Mecca. We’re excited to launch more training options and services, including the return of Balance the perfect blend of rest and recovery, in our private studio away from the gym noise and free to all membership levels as an extra service. ( did we mention it’s also directly across from our private wellness studio 👀)

Don’t wait until we go fully live come and begin, or return to, your training journey with us. Get behind this incredible 8-week block.
