Well this is a post I’ve put off for a couple weeks now.
My plan for 2025 was to do a full year of the V8 SuperUte Series and have a go at the championship but sadly seems my luck has run out.
With the lack of time to try and find some new partners to come on board for this year, I sadly haven’t been able to manage it. So I will miss the first round at Sydney. But with that it gives me another 8-10 weeks to find some more opportunities and to do a 5 round series this year with them.
I also want to thank my sponsors for last year Gtechniq and Inverell Ford for still being apart of the program and I look forward to being able to work with them again! I wish all my SuperUte competitors good luck for this weekend and I’ll be seeing you soon!

SUNDAY SUMMARY
Wow what a final day of racing in 2024. In Sunday morning's final 20min race I got a great start off the line in 4th and managed to move up into 3rd by Turn 1. After that it was honestly a pretty calm race, made a couple costly mistakes and but settled in and focussed on putting together good laps to finish it on style.
Scored 3rd for Race 4 and 4th outright for the weekend, my best ever round result! I missed out on a podium finish by 12 points which hurts but what a strong way to cap off my rookie year in the Tyrepower V8 SuperUtes.
Thanks to all the Sieders Racing crew on my #125 Gtechniq Australia Ranger for giving me a great car, couldn't have fought so hard without your hard work

SATURDAY SUMMARY
So before we even started, we got a penalty after the incident in Race 2 yesterday which meant we started in P7. But the race today wasn’t bad at all, the first lap was hectic where everyone was fighting hard.
I made a slight mistake and hit the wall at Turn 8 and broke the diff pinion (diff was floating side to side) but I hung on and got a couple positions thanks to others making mistakes.
Then we had a saftey car which saved me because the car was basically undrivable. Salvaging a good result in 4th is one I’ll take any day!

FRIDAY SUMMARY
Wow what a day! The highlight was a very hectic but rewarding P2 finish in Race 2. I started from third on the grid for the reverse grid race which didn't disappoint the fans.
Two safety cars later I went from 3rd to 7th to 2nd on track, it was crazy! I just made a couple of good calls avoiding crashes and made a couple good passes. Finishing 2nd again in a race was such a relief to be honest.
After feeling stuck around 6th for so long, to have the same pace as the frontrunners felt amazing 🤩

THURSDAY SUMMARY
Big first day at the VAILO Adelaide 500 with practice and qualifying… ended up P7 in qualifying, definitely could have been 3-4 tenths of a second faster, but in my one really good lap I got blocked by another driver sadly. Still a long way to go and I’m optimistic about a great weekend here being my debut round on this street circuit
