At Eclipse, we like to think of the studio as a sanctuary during the cooler months, a place to escape the cold, move your body, warm your soul, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether it's rolling out your mat for a nourishing class, unwinding in the infrared sauna, or simply taking an hour away from the busyness of life, we're here to support you through the season.
