On the morning of our Mid-Year Performance, one of my beautiful students, Maeve, gave me this letter. After 13 years of JDA, moments like these still mean so much to me.

I feel so lucky to be a part of your children's lives. We've built such a special community at JDA, and I'm incredibly grateful for it. Whether it's your child's very first lesson or they've been with us for years, every student who walks through our doors is valued and cared for.

It is such a privilege to teach dance and share something I love with so many wonderful young people. Watching our students grow, not just as dancers, but as people, is one of the best parts of what we do. I'm so grateful for what JDA is to me, but even more grateful for what it is to our students and families.

After all these years, I've collected quite the little collection of drawings, letters and handmade treasures from our students. I still have them all. One of the most special things is seeing those same little people grow up over the years and continue to be such a big part of JDA.

Thank you for trusting us with your children. It really is something I'll never take for granted. 🩷🩵💛
