Our second Summer! ✨🌞almost a whole year of connection and coming home to ourselves on our floating yoga mats on the water! Thank you everyone who has come down and supported me with Oceana Yoga and also followed along the social pages. It brings me so much joy to see you in a state of bliss after your yoga practice and to have a laugh with you all out on the water and not take it all too serious! Thanks for a year of fun in the sun in this Sunshine Coast paradise together! It’s been a highlight of this year for me 🌺🌞🙏🧘‍♀️🌊

HELLO SPRING!! 🌻🌺🌸🦋🐬

Isn’t this season beautiful!? It is definitely my favourite time of year, we come out of the cocoon phase and into the season of the butterfly! 🦋

All of the seeds we have planted in winter are now springing to life! 🌻

Our next SUP yoga class is this Saturday the 9th of September. 7:45-9am ✨

This is a powerful time to tune into your inner knowing and acknowledge somethings you know you need to let go of. Maybe habits, thoughts, patterns or even material things 🩷

Also a time to fall more in love with your life, to rise into your higher frequency and allow space for new 💕 to bring back into your life the things your inner child loves, just for the fun of it. Maybe that’s simply to play more, dance, sing, create and be silly or even try something new outside of your comfort zone! Without attachments to outcomes, simply for the joy of it!

Sup Yoga is another outlet for this, for you to have fun in the sun, let the water wash away things that aren’t needed and come back home to yourself ✨
