A few coaching highlights from 2023 // Thankyou to everyone who I have been able to work with over the past year, you make it possible to do what I love ๐๐ผ
/ Grateful to just be apart of this last year! Shoulder in a sling after surgery at the start of the year now itโs got the title hanging over it. Incredible amount of work he has put in to get there and this is only just the beginning!
cousins / Gold Medal in her first bodybuilding show losing over 16kg while battling a hip injury the entire prep. Lots of growing this year and then look to see whatโs next!
/ Made his decision to sign up to the 8 week challenge and went all out losing over 11kg and then followed it up with a boxing fight! Massive year and more fights coming.
t.f / After always having trouble with getting weight on we had a nutrition and training plan sorted. A year later of being consistent and making changes when we need to, heโs 12kgs up and still maintaining a low body fat.

MOBILITY | STRENGTH | HYPERTROPHY
This is a sample of one of the lower body sessions in a Hybrid training plan from my app. For this style of training I write each session in three blocks:
1) PAILS/RAILS - This is designed to create new range and space in the movement pattern we are targeting throughout the session. We do this first because we want the joint capsule to be open which will allow you to create strength and pliability in space you currently cannot move into.
2) Internal Strength/Challenges โ After we have created new space we are going to challenge that to create strength in the joint capsule. This is referred to as internal strength loading, we are getting you stronger at controlling your own body at end range positions while also teaching you how to use the new space you have acquired. Aim to move through as much space as possible with your weighted CARs and use the tissue we have been targeting.
3) External Strength/Hypertrophy โ This is where we utilise the midrange and externally load the tension lines we have been working on. This is going to allow your body to create strength and muscle in the newly acquired range and also access new muscle fibres/tissue.
