Hey guys, just letting everyone know there are a couple of small changes to the timetable.
We’ll be adding a bit more conditioning over the next few weeks and bringing MMA back into the schedule as well. Nothing too crazy, just a few tweaks 😁

Tonight at Shadowbox — 5PM class with Dan Hutley
We’ve got Dan Hutley jumping in to coach tonight’s 5PM class just before sparring.
Dan was a serious fighter back in the day, and he’s bringing in some experience, knowledge, and a few new things for everyone to learn.
This photo goes way back — me and Dan when I was younger, back around the time we nearly ended up fighting each other. Full circle now, having him come in and share with the crew.
Get in tonight, train hard, and make the most of it.

NEW SHADOWBOX TIMETABLE!!! 😁
We’ve added an extra Kids Muay Thai class and new rolling warm-ups before every session.
Warm-ups will now include fitness, mobility, and physio-based movement prep.
We’re now 4 weeks out from the exhibition, so it’s time to get fit, sharpen up, and get ready to put on a good performance.

Hey everybody 👋
We’ve added some 5AM sessions, so here’s the updated timetable for the next couple of weeks.
We’ve got a bunch of fights coming up, so make sure you’re getting your work in — morning and afternoon sessions.
On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, a lot of the boys will be doing runs and conditioning outside the gym. If you want to jump in, just ask and I’ll let you know where we’re training that morning.
Big few weeks ahead. Let’s get the work done. 🥊

Hey guys 👋 This is our new timetable.
Everything’s mixing really well, beginners, regular members, and fighters all training under the same structure.
Jacob Andrews and Matt Murphy will be running the Beginners & Fundamentals classes, making sure everyone builds strong basics the right way.
