A Port-a-cot is also available which will easily fit into the main or third bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The toilet is separate. Laundry facilities include washer, dryer, ironing board and iron and full size clothes line. Upstairs, there is a BBQ, outdoor table & chairs and sunlounges to enjoy the beautiful Sunshine Coast weather. There is off street parking and a single lock up garage which will accomodate a small car. If you want to venture out to eat, the fantastic restaurants and cafes of Maroochydore and Mooloolaba are only minutes away by car. There are also 3 local surf clubs and a bowling club only minutes away by car. Take a 5 minute walk or jump on the bikes to the local shopping centre where you will find an IGA supermarket, tavern, bottleshop, bakery, hairdresser, medical centre, pharmacy and takeaway shop. For those who need a good dose of retail therapy, Sunshine Plaza is a few minutes by car with major department stores, cinemas and 120 specialty stores and the Esplanade at Mooloolaba is full of boutiques.
