Maroochy Squash Club

Immensely proud of our Sunshine Coast School team that recently competed in the State School Squash Championships in Cairns. Competing against 10 other regions, over 135 kids and across 4 gruelling but fun days, the team made up almost entirely from Maroochy Squash Juniors achieved some fantastic results including:
🥈 2nd overall
🥈 2nd 10-15yrs boys
🥈 2nd 16-19yrs boys
🥉 3rd in Elite doubles

There were some great individual performances and plenty of memories made on and off the court.

Special thanks to the supporting families who made the trip and well done to captains Matt and Toby for leading the team.

Matt was also chosen in the Queensland School State team that will compete in Sydney against NSW and New Zealand.

Maroochy Squash Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the courts 7pm Thursday 5th March 2026, prior to fixtures commencing.

All club members are invited to attend. You must be a current full member to nominate and vote.

Nomination forms for committee positions are available at the courts.

Dust off your cobwebs and get down to the courts for some training. Courts open for club training Thursday night, Saturday afternoon and Tuesday night prior to grading starting Thursday 22nd January.

Our Maroochy Junior Squash program has almost wrapped up for another successful year. As is tradition, we like to capture a moment in time, even if we are missing a few.
