➡️ 4x10 Military press.
➡️ 4x10 cable chest press.
➡️ 3x12 barbell overhead press.
➡️ 4x10 cable upright row.
➡️ 3x15 Lateral into front raise.
➡️ 4x10 Alternating lateral raise & front raise!
Finish again with the battle ropes to get the extra burn! 🔥
