Tips for hitting your goals in 2025 from someone who has to set a lot of goals:

1️⃣Start Small
If you’re training for a result that feels completely out of reach right now, or otherwise trying to make a change that feels too big, don’t scare yourself away by doing too much too soon. Big change happens incrementally. If your goal is to work out 6 days a week and you’re currently at 0, start with 2.

2️⃣Recognize that the start is the hardest part
I’m sure you’ve heard it before… 🙂Be aware that even though it feels tough to create the habits that will help you reach your goal, consistency in the beginning is key. If you stick with it, every week is going to feel easier and more natural than the last.

3️⃣Move the target
To progress toward your larger goal it’s important to recognize when you’ve met a smaller one, and keep setting new ones to push you forward. If you’ve successfully made a habit of working out consistently 2 days a week, commit to 3 or 4.

4️⃣Reflect on progress
The most powerful form of reinforcement is the power that you give yourself from making progress. Make sure you’re taking time to reflect on how far you’ve come, especially if you’re feeling stuck.

5️⃣ Trust the process
Progress is not linear, and you are human. It’s okay to have set backs. It’s natural to feel frustrated with the speed of your progress. Even if you’re frustrated, let your trust in the process pull you through the down times and stay the course. 07/02/2025
