At BlueFit, we proudly acknowledge the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This National Reconciliation Week (27th of May - 3rd of June), we invite our community to join us in reflection and meaningful action.
This yearβs theme, βAll In,β is a powerful reminder that progress requires all of us to step forward, take responsibility, and contribute to change every single day.
At BlueFit, reconciliation is a core part of our mission. Through our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we are actively working across our 60+ facilities to:
π€ Strengthen Partnerships with First Nations peoples and organisations.
πΏ Build Respect by celebrating First Nations cultures and knowledge.
β¨ Create Opportunities in employment, education, and business.
This ongoing journey is beautifully captured in our RAP artwork by proud Gomeroi woman Caitlin Trindall of Mirii Art, telling a story of community and partnership.
