Push ups are classic for building upper body strength. Progression of the movement periodically is essential for breaking through plateaus and can produce rapid strength gains when retesting traditional repetitions💥

💥DELOAD💥

Deloading is something often overlooked by many including myself. A period of time in which you take your training easier by lifting lighter weights or reducing your training volume.

A deload period typically lasts a week and encourage recovery before another period of harder training with heavier loads. Even if your body doesn’t absolutely need a deload, its generally a good idea.
