Well done Kiran on reaching your first goal of dropping 5kg. Kiran started training with me in early November so has done a fantastic job losing kgs through the Christmas festive season while most gained a few 😬.
Kirans long term goal is to lose 15kg so she's a third of the way already and with her attitude and mindset l have no doubt she will get there. Stay tuned for future transformation pics😉
