If you eat a bad meal, make the next one better. If you miss your daily workout/walk/yoga/journaling, make it happen the next day.
We’re a product of the habits we do on a most consistent basis.

Countless people want to become healthier, to have financial freedom, to play a musical instrument.
But there’s a massive difference between wanting to, and producing results to make these a reality. Try to be 1% better everyday, and consolidate on those habits that are going to fulfil those desires. The effects of your habits compound and can only be seen later on down the track.
