This month's Member of the Month is Kazunari!
He loves training at AF because he gets to see Nina and Hope every visit! ( awh stop it) He's been working hard to build his strength, making the most of our machines while pushing himself to get stronger with weights.
When it comes to his favourite exercise, nothing beats a run. You'll find him on the treadmill every day, putting in the work and staying consistent.
