Fix your lunges!
Here’s a quick tip that will instantly improve your lunges! Are you thinking about where you place your feet when you’re doing lunges and split squats?
Often people try to stand with one foot directly behind the other (like they’re walking on a tightrope), but this can offset your balance and make the exercise difficult to perform. So instead of walking on a tightrope, think about walking on train tracks. Even in a split stance, place the feet hip width apart and parallel to each other rather than directly behind one another.
Try this out and tag a friend who loves lunges 💪🏼✨
