Last time I saw Linda Mak in person was at Reiby Hall just before her baby Evie was born. She reappeared online from Paris at the beginning of covid and has since been zooming in from Tokyo and then Bangkok. Currently down under to visit family, including Evie who is now at uni in Melbourne, she came to the studio class tonight and brought me flowers! It is such a privilege to teach someone who is so keen, and so glad she could connect with students who have got to know her on the screen. Namaste Linda 🙏

Evenings!
During these cold nights the body has the tendency to retract and we feel like retreating. Yoga offers us the potential to bring warmth, move and open the body. Come along to a class this week and move out of the winter chill and into the warm studio ✨

Tonight!
Slowing down and activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and restore) is a fantastic way to manage the challenges of everyday life and find some urban grace.
In these classes we’ll bring some energy then slow right down to soften the body and the breath leaving you refreshed, ready for a good sleep and a productive rest of the week.
