🌟 EMPLOYEES OF THE WEEK: LAVINIA & SUKI! 🌟

This week, we’re celebrating two amazing trainers who have shown us what growth, leadership and teamwork look like! 💪❤️‍🔥

👏 Suki has impressed us with how quickly she learns and her consistency and resilience in mastering the studio’s systems. Her willingness to learn and keep improving hasn’t gone unnoticed!

👏 Lavinia may be new to the team, but she’s already proving herself to be reliable, supportive and proactive. From helping fellow trainers with role plays to guiding Suki with correct forms, she’s showing that great teamwork starts with the little things.

Together, these two work harmoniously, support each other’s growth and are already becoming familiar, much-loved faces among our clients. 🫶

A huge milestone for our Vision Network: we’ve now raised over $300,000 for Beyond Blue
 
Beyond Blue CEO Georgie Harman AO has shared a special message congratulating our Vision Studios on this incredible achievement, and we’re so proud to share it with you. 👏
 
And we’re not done yet! 🏃‍♀️ VConnect is back on this Saturday 17th October, with every Vision Studio taking part on the same day! Join your local Vision for a 5km or 10km walk or run supporting Beyond Blue. Last year our Vision Network raised over $10,000, and we can’t wait to see what our communities achieve together this year.

Coffee Club started with three of us. Now it's ten and climbing.

Saturday group session finishes and everyone walks up the road together. Jack shouts the coffees. That's where you hear about the running class starting, or which physio someone's been seeing, or whose kid just started school.

You came in to train. You end up with people who notice when you're not there.

🌟 CLIENT OF THE MONTH – DIANA 🌟

A huge congratulations to Diana, our Client of the Month! 🎉

Diana has shown incredible commitment to her goals, and her progress speaks for itself.

Her results:
🔥 Lost 5.3kg in body weight
🔥 Reduced her total fat mass by 3.6kg
🔥 Dropped her body fat percentage from 32.2% to 29.1%
🔥 Reduced her visceral fat level from 10 to 7
🔥 Lost 4cm from her waist
🔥 Improved her health score from 67 to 72

What we’re most proud of, though, is the consistency behind those numbers. Over the past two months especially, Diana has shown an amazing level of commitment.
