Knowing you should be better with money and actually doing something about it are two very different things 💸

Marion Mays is back for part two, and this time we’re getting into the real stuff. Old habits, money in relationships, financial independence, and where to actually go for help. If episode 17 gave you the mindset shift, this one gives you the action plan!

Episode 18 of Fernwood Unfiltered is out now!

How are you actually going? 💕

Not the "I'm fine" version, the real one.

October is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we want to use this space to genuinely check in with our community. Life is full-on right now for so many women: work, family, everything in between. And showing up for yourself, whether that is coming to the gym, getting outside, calling a friend, or simply choosing to rest, takes more courage than people give it credit for.

We are proud of you for showing up in whatever way you can!

Drop a 💪 in the comments, or tell us one thing you are doing this month to look after yourself. We are reading every one!

We don't talk about this enough 💕

Exercise isn't just about how you look; it's about how you feel. Your energy levels, your mood, your sleep, your stress, your ability to handle whatever the week throws at you.

Movement changes things. Not because it fixes everything, but because it gives you something that is entirely yours. An hour where you show up for yourself, move your body, and leave feeling a little more like you, and sometimes, the hardest part really is just walking through the door.

If you have had one of those weeks, we see you. We are glad you are here.

What is one thing that always makes you feel better after a session? Drop it in the comments!
