In a tale as old as time,
death doesn't discriminate between the sinners and the saints.
I will not throw away my shot, I am young, scrappy, and hungry.
I will not be twice defeated in life, for with confidence, I will win before i begin.
For we're never gonna survive, unless
we are a little crazy.

From a beast to beauty, every song plays at one with motivation

Started a new running program. Using Runna app.
I'm really enjoying it so far
Has warm up stretching and cool downs.
Workouts and movement plans.
Gives you suggested pace on the treadmill or road running.
Will link to most fitness watches ⌚️ as well as some other apps.
I link my Garmin watch & Strava app.

I've only just finished week 2 of 8 for a 5km base run, going to work up to 10km, then we'll see how that goes and maybe train for a half marathon.

Try it for 2 weeks free use RUNNAEDN537S

We all want to make good habits, whether it’s in business, in our hobbies, or in our personal lives. One popular method to build habits is called the 21/90 rule. The rule is simple enough.

Commit to a personal or professional goal for 21 straight days. After three weeks, the pursuit of that goal should have become a habit. Once you’ve established that habit, you continue to do it for another ninety days. If you can keep up something for three weeks and then ninety days, then it should become a permanent lifestyle change.

For now, try 7 days and then the next 7 and so on, till it becomes an automatic behaviour

Twas the night before Christmas, and i was alone at the gym.

I've been away for three weeks, but it's time. Time to get the body, mind and will back in the game.

Was great to feel again after being numb for so long, don't get me wrong I'm not 100% but it's a start. Good to get back to the fortress of solitude, the place of Zen.

Forget the new year new BS, motivation.
Get up.
Pack your gym bag.
Drunk some caffeine.
Get to the gym.
10mins in you'll thank yourself.
You have to show up if you want it.

On Wednesdays we wear pink.

Supporting breast cancer awareness for the month of October. Today, we are doing at work, so I thought I'd start a little earlier whilst at the gym.
