A massive shoutout to our two referees, Luke and Hayden, who had an incredible weekend on the court, officiating a huge 15 games between them! 👏

After a massive workload across the weekend, it was pretty special to see them finish the tournament together, officiating the Grand Finals side by side. 🖤🤍 An awesome achievement and a great reflection of their hard work, commitment and development as officials. We are incredibly proud to have them representing Maryborough!

🏀 Progress is happening at Maryborough Basketball! 🏀

This year, the Maryborough Basketball Committee has been focused on planning upgrades, making improvements, implementing organisational changes and putting plans in place to continue improving our association — and we’re excited to finally start rolling out some of the hard work that has been happening behind the scenes! 🙌

One of our recent upgrades has been replacing the padding around the posts on our court.

These pads have certainly been well loved over the years and were showing plenty of wear and tear. They’ve now all been replaced, helping provide a safer and more welcoming playing environment for our members. 💙🏀

👏Shout out to Mike from Mikes Canvas & Auto Linings Fraser Coast for the new pads! 👏

It’s only one small part of the bigger picture, but it’s a great feeling to see the progress starting to take shape.

We hope our basketball community enjoys seeing the results of all the hard work and dedication that goes into making Maryborough Basketball the best it can be. 👏
