🚧 Gallipoli Park Lake Marysville Update

Works to install the two new replacement viewing platforms at the Gallipolli Park Lake in Marysville are now scheduled to begin next week, from Monday 17 November (weather dependant).

Workers may be onsite in the coming week to prepare prior to construction. These works are expected to take two weeks to complete.

The platform replacement has been funded through the Australian Government's Local Roads and Community Infrastructure funding, round 4.

While the viewing platform replacement is underway, works to repair the leak in the dam wall are ongoing and Council is waiting for the delivery of materials to complete the repair.

All works are scheduled to be completed by mid-December (weather and materials permitting) to allow the lake to begin to refill prior to Christmas.
