Celebrating 1 year of Prospect with some amazing people 🎂

Today we surprised Sheila for her 66th birthday.
Sheila has been part of our R3 for almost a year, and she's truly like a sunflower. She brightens everyone's day. She's always smiling, always up for a chat, works so hard in every class, and makes our studio feel that little bit warmer just by being in it.
Sheila, thank you for being such a special part of our community. We hope you felt just as loved today as you make everyone else feel.

The workout is only half the reason why our community loves R3 🩷💙
Today was bittersweet. This wasn’t goodbye by choice, a new job means we won’t get to see Anna in the studio the way we’re used to anymore.
So for her final class we had to make it extra special.
Thank you for every class (over 700 of them), every new set of nails to admire and every moment where you made another persons day by your radiant energy. We’re going to miss you so much 🥹🌸🩷
