Formerly a semi-professional soccer player, my own journey began after a life changing injury during a soccer game in 2014 which sparked my deep understanding of the connection between physical health, mental health, mindset, and overall well-being. Then, after experiencing extreme burnout in 2023, I immersed myself in healing, transformational work & self-development and delved into all things spirituality, becoming obsessed with all things mindset & self-development, further fuelling my mission to empower you to live your most vibrant, fulfilling life & to help you start thriving instead of just surviving 🧠🧘🏽‍♀️💪🏽🍎🔮📈✨
