This October, 24fit is doing its part to support Mental Health Awareness Month by partnering with Headspace and making moves to raise awareness around mental health.

We’re moving, sipping and connecting in GREEN! 💚💚💚

Come join us for a Sunday morning yoga session, followed by a coffee with your community at our friends SAM I AM
Come dressed in all things green and help us show our support for mental health awareness. We’ll also be raising funds for this important cause, so please consider making a donation and helping us make a difference.
