For the entire month of May, all members and casuals can bring a friend to any class for FREE. Whether they’ve never thrown a punch before or they’re ready to level up, this is the perfect chance to get them in the gym and experience what Bam Bam is about.

Happy New Year from the crew at Bam Bam Boxing 🎆

Going through a year’s worth of videos and photos and finding the ones you want to summarise what the gym means and feels to you is almost impossible, but I’ll try put it into words…

Being the second year of Bam Bam we had already established our beautiful little community. The members tell me it feels like a second home and I have had messages throughout the year that I would’ve never expected. Things expressing what the gym meant to them and the dark place they may be in without it. This has made me appreciate my position and realise what the gym can actually do for people.

I’d like to thank the coaches, , , .awad , who make the gym what it is, because at the end of the day you are the driving force of creating the loving, family culture we have.

I’m proud of who we are and where we’re at, but this is just the beginning.

I’m excited for 2026 to take things to the next level. We’ll have more classes being added, overseas retreats, competitive sparring days, and more coming to Bam Bam.

I love each and everyone of you, my coaches, my members and everyone involved in anyway who has been apart of the Bam Bam journey so far.

The first Bam Bam Christmas 🎄

Today is my why…

Seeing and being surrounded by people with good hearts who care for each other and want to be there for one another.

Everyone who showed up, came to be apart of a community and show love for each other, whether they knew them or it was their first time meeting.

Thank you to everyone who came. From people who came from start to finish for the training and lunch.
To the people who just dropped in for 10 minutes to say Merry Christmas and show some love.

A few special thank you’s:
To and his mum for bringing a perfected Christmas Ham and potato salad, even being so thoughtful as to make one salad without bacon for our Muslim members.
To , dropping past for 5 minutes, just so he could deliver prawns and cocktail sauce just to give towards the lunch.

To for being the Masterchef on the bbq.
To for her amazing sweet treats.
