Welcome to the page.
For those of you who arenβt familiar with me, Iβll introduce a bit about myself and what you can expect from this page. I am a certified Nutrition and Fitness Consultant from Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences (INFS). However, Fitness Science is a vast field and by no means I believe I am an expert in everything. I am a student for life and continue to learn from various scientists and experts from this field, going through the published research papers and meta analysis, through live webinars from INFS, FITTR group and other forums. I would also continue to pursue additional certifications in future.
However, I also believe that fitness should be democratized. It is not only for certain privileged population who can afford to hire a personal trainer or nutritionist. Getting fit is simple and can be achieved by having right information. This page is created solely for sharing the fitness related knowledge and awareness.
I love talking to people and making a positive impact on people in any way possible. By sharing my leanings in a simplified way, I wish to encourage more and more people to understand the importance of their health and wellness and achieve their fitness related goals. If I am able to make positive difference in life of even one person, I would consider myself fortunate and the efforts gone behind creating this page and knowledge sharing would be worth the efforts. I also had very limited understanding when I started and there are many people and resources that have helped me gain this knowledge. This is my way to pay it forward. π
